Change Healthcare - Redesign of web tools for hospitals to manage insurance claims

I contracted at the UX agency Futuredraft, where I was lead visual designer on the redesign of a suite of applications for Change Healthcare, a healthcare technology company. Hospitals use their software to manage insurance claims and control costs.

We redesigned their core suite of products. I established a design system across the full suite of Change Healthcare products. The company grew rapidly through acquisitions. Several products were redesigned in parallel, to bring cohesion across the suite of products both on the branding and the interaction model fronts.
