Bigstep helps small businesses be successful online. For a small subscription fee, anyone can easily create, promote and maintain a site using Bigstep's online tools.

Bigstep launched in July 1999. I joined in May 2001, just as the service switched from free to fee-based. With the new business model came a new website. I also worked on the web-based application at the core of the Bigstep service.
